The plug-in creates a link between Access’s front-end candidate management system, Access RDB, and ISV’s candidate testing and training software.

 

 

Access RDB is one of the most popular candidate management systems for recruiters. By integrating with ISV Online, it creates a more thorough record for each candidate. By using the plug-in, recruiters can view candidate details and administer skill tests or training from directly inside Access RDB.

 

 

The integration means there is no need to login to two separate systems. The ISV Online functionality means you can assign tests, view the candidate’s exercise progress, look up results and update test or training access as necessary, all from within the front-end Access RDB system.

 

 

ISV and Access RDB have worked together in the past and have upgraded the integration between their latest software. It will save recruiters time and pull together two key parts of the candidate journey.
