Microsoft Office 2019 tests have been designed to measure a candidate’s proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. The assessments incorporate a variety of question styles, including Multiple Choice, Drag and Drop, Consecutive Ordering, Hotspot and Video. Candidate has an option to go through some practice questions before they start the tests. Each assessment has between 25 to 40 questions and the time allowed for each of these varies from 15 to 20 minutes. Microsoft Office is an essential tool in most office environments and is necessary for many jobs from administrative and secretarial work to sales, marketing and management. Testing candidates’ skills give recruiters as well as employers tangible data to assess a candidate’s suitability for the given role and therefore avoiding bad hiring decisions.
