Skills testing and online training specialists, ISV Software, have added a host of new material to their new testing platform ISV Online.

ISV has added a range of new tests covering prioritisation, understanding instructions, inspection, reading measurements and attention to detail. ISV Online customers have access to these recruitment tests immediately.

All the new candidate tests have been developed as a result of client feedback. The prioritisation and attention to detail (called Clerical) tests are also available in FastPath for customers using this version of ISV’s skills testing platform.

 

New Test Content

The prioritisation test in particular is proving popular already, it’s ideal for busy roles like personal or executive assistants and is sometimes referred to as an in-tray/ out-tray exercise. It presents different scenarios to the test taker and asks them to prioritise a selection of actions in the most effective order.

The reading measurements, understanding instructions and inspection tests are best suited to more industrial roles for example temp roles including picking and packing in a warehouse.

ISV’s online recruitment testing platform already has a portfolio of over 200 ready to use tests including literacy, numeracy, data entry, driving and health & safety tests. The company continues to develop and add new material to meet existing customer demands and those of the wider recruitment market.
