Contact us today to find out about our new tests

We’ve launched a range of new tests to add to the existing ISV Online library. With immediate effect, ISV’s customers can make use of the new Microsoft Office tests covering Outlook 2016.

The Outlook tests are available now – request a demo! These complement the existing range of Office 2016 tests for Word and Excel.

There are 3 Outlook tests available to choose from as follows:

Working with Outlook – covering the user interface, navigating around Outlook, basic search functions, using folders like sent, deleted and drafts as well as manually moving items.

Email – testing the individual around composing and addressing messages, attachments, junk mail and receiving or replying to emails.

Advanced Email – questioning the individual on the use of rules, using the address book, adding and editing signatures and cleaning up or recovering Outlook items.

There is one more test in the Outlook range to come which covers using the Outlook calendar. Those using ISV Online already will automatically have access to the new content in their testing library.

The Microsoft Office suite of programs are a main stay in businesses globally, with Outlook as one of the most popular platforms for email and calendar management. However, it is often taken for granted that people know how to use it efficiently. The Outlook tests are ideal to use when recruiting or identifying training needs.

Why not complement the new Outlook tests with Word or Excel tests, as well as recruitment tests on basic transferable skills like literacy and numeracy?
