Date: 23 August 2018 There are a mix of opinions when it comes to recruitment software, and candidate testing software in particular. Is it just hassle? Does it really make the process easier? Will I actually increase placements by using recruitment testing? Am I spending money for the sake of it? My answer: yes and no. The recruitment industry is forever evolving. You need to be sure that you keep up with the requirements. We have a client database of over 2000 ranging from 9 out of the top 10 recruitment agencies to the sole trader independents, and it is a pleasure to work with them all. I’m not a recruiter, but I work in the industry, and it seems the general consensus is that we just don’t have enough time. I don’t think I do need skills testing thank you My roles are so niche, I don’t need to differentiate between candidates. Screening is the clients’ job; I just put the candidates through their door. If a candidate tells me they can do something, I believe them. Why would they lie? Tempted? ….
