Last week saw the annual get together that is the Global Recruiter Awards. Whether you enjoy an industry awards bash or are in the more cynical ‘it’s all about egos and whoever pays for their awards’ camp, you couldn’t ignore the 300 or so recruiters and recruitment suppliers gathered in one room.

As is customary, the team at Global Recruiter put on a great show (thanks Gary and Trevor). There was glitz, glamour, feather boas and bongo drums, and that was all before 4pm. ISV were lucky enough to be invited along to the Café de Paris in London to join in the celebrations.

After the drinks started flowing and the tiny canapes had done the rounds – mini hamburger anyone? – the awards were underway.

Congratulations!

It was great to see our friends from TEAM and cheer on fellow TEAM Supplier Sourcebreaker as they scooped Best Innovation in Recruitment. Their candidate search and matching technology is brilliant, well worth a look.

Friends of our sister company, Frank Recruitment Group celebrated Best UK Overseas Operation. Well done to you all at Frank.
